Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of submission for a full refund. After that, our artists have already begun working on your project.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours after submission are eligible for a 50% refund. After 48 hours, we're unable to issue a refund, as significant work has already been completed on your artwork.

We truly want everyone to love their artwork. We are happy to edit for the feedback you provide, so don't be shy in asking for edits. It is very important to us that you walk away with artwork that you love.
